These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of https://snowwolf.online and any related services, content, features, products, and purchases offered by SnowWolf (collectively, the "Services"). SnowWolf is operated by AurumVista Solutions LLC ("SnowWolf," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Services or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Services or purchase products. You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
2. STORE INFORMATION AND ORDERS
We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. Product images, colors, packaging, ingredients, availability, prices, promotions, and other information may change, and display settings may affect appearance. We may correct errors or omissions and update information at any time to the extent permitted by law.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment issues, resale activity, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms. An order confirmation does not guarantee shipment. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

SnowWolf is a dietary supplement for adults and is not a prescription medication. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Services is provided for general informational and product-description purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always read and follow the current product label. Do not exceed the recommended use. If you have a medical condition, take medication, use another supplement, have allergies, or have questions about whether the product is appropriate for you, consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop use and seek appropriate advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Individual experiences vary, and we do not guarantee any specific effect, onset time, duration, or result.
Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, optional shipping charges, and other fees will be shown at checkout when required. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Payment is processed by Shopify and other payment service providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
Promotions, discount codes, bundles, and gifts are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly stated. We may correct pricing or promotional errors before fulfilling an order.
5. SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Order cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the return rules shown at the time of purchase. These policies are incorporated into these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
8. PROHIBITED USES

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AurumVista Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services or products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AurumVista Solutions LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

15. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their place of residence. Any dispute not resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
16. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES OR TERMS
We may update the Services and these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised Terms will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
17. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Contact Information, Legal Notice, and any checkout terms presented with an order, constitute the agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
